The following is a breakdown of how we deliver/ship our products

to all clients for all of our online purchases.

We are unfortunately unable to accept orders

for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Local Delivery

We have an option to deliver your order to your door ourselves

if you ship within the Bay Area & San Francisco.  

These delivery methods are a flat $30.  

Free delivery on orders greater than $300 within our delivery area. 

ALL orders and shipments require a minimum of 36 hours to process prior to shipping.

If you placed the order before noon PT, we will ship in 36 hours. 

If you placed your order after noon Thursday, we will ship it on Monday.

Some exceptions may apply.

Shipping Carrier

We contract with Fedex Overnight Priority flat rate $44.00

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii flat rate of $48.00

Saturday delivery is available for extra $45.00

Please note that some locations are not available for Saturday delivery.

Packaging for Transit

In order to guarantee that your order will get to you in good condition

no matter the destination or shipping method we use 

Insulated Box Liners (any sizes available). Your product will stay at 32F.

We randomly put digital thermometer inside your box. Please return it back) 

Requests & Notes

We require that all requests and notes be given when the order is placed.

This includes specific requirements for delivery dates.

Once USPS/FEDEX has picked up the order

there is nearly nothing we can do to stop it or change the terms of delivery.

Accepting Packages & Tracking

Once your label is printed you will receive tracking information from us.

Also if you request it then we can require a direct signature for your package. 

All orders over $300 will require signature.

Damages & claims

All claims for damaged goods or delivery of wrong products must be made

within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Incorrect invoices must be reported immediately.

Romanov Caviar Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive your order in a cooled state.

If your order arrives thawed, spoiled or damaged we will replace it.

This guarantee applies 12 months out of the year, 365 days a year.

Exceptions to this rule have been stated above.
