CITES: non-reusable labels required

September 2, 2017

#Caviar containers are required to bear non-reusable labels and the #caviar must be packaged in such a way as to permit visual evidence of any opening of the container.

As of 2006, the EU has mandated that not only the original packaging, but also repackaged caviar must be affixed with a non-reusable label. Repackaging companies must be registered with the #CITES authorities.
