Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® recommends farmed sturgeon/sturgeon caviar from the United States as a “Best Choice.”

We’re proud to collaborate with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program to support healthy oceans.

Our products (below) are farmed in Bascom, FL.

  • Beluga

  • Sevruga

  • Sterlet

  • Russian Osetra (not yet available for sale)

  • Siberian (not yet available for sale)

The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program helps seafood buyers make choices for healthy oceans. Their recommendations suggest which seafood items are “Best Choices,” “Good Alternatives,” and which seafood to “Avoid.”

We indicate which seafood we sell is fished or farmed in ways that minimize their environmental impact. Learn more at www.seafoodwatch.org

The Environmental Defense Fund has also agreed with their assessment and provided a BEST rating on Beluga and Sevruga from US Aquafarms.
